Poverty Every conutry has poor people and every couty has different ways of dealing with the poor. What are some reasons for world poverty? What can we do to help the poor? Nowadays, the poverty is not only a serious problem but it also an obstacle for the development of each nation in the world.. Through years, poverty is one of the most serious issues not only each coutry but also in the world. In my opinion, there are three reasons causing this problem. First of all,poverty comes from natural disasters such as floods, droughts and earthquakes. The devastating disasters always end up in financial, environment and heavy losses that leave people homeless and ruin economic development of the affected areas.Without money and houses, the people in the affected fall into the state of the poverty. Secondly, the overpopulation in the world is another cause of the poverty.It causes lack of basic huamn needs such as food, housings and education. Therefor, people have to live in slums, endure unhealthy living conditions and face difficulties in finding a well-earned job. As a result, they become poorer and poorer. The last reason is unemployment. As we know, the society has been shraply growing, more and more many huge companies in the developed countries invest to the developing countries. Therefor, they need the skilled workers to work their company. However, many people in the world can't satisfy these demands and they lag behind in the changing conditions, so they are unemployees. Without job, social welfare, they quickly fall into the deep bottom of the society. Many governments in each country have been efforting to prevent the poverty from happening. In countries affeted the disasters, the engineers build structures to lessen the disasters such as Malaysian, where have to faced with heavy floods each year. To overcome this danger, the engineers build dams and water reservoir to reduce the damage caused by natural disasters. The Malaysians learn a way to adapt to the disasters and use the benefits from them instead of escaping them. About the overpopulation issue, birth-control is one of the effective ways that every country often practice. For example, China is the world's first-largest country by population. The government coped with this problem by encouraging each family just has 1-2 children. With the slum people, perfecting laws, providing houses, foods and job opportunities can help the slum people to escape from poverty. At last, poverty can deal with by attracting foreign investment to develop the domestic economy so that more job can be created for people. In addition, to solve the lag behind persons,the governments should create more opportunities for them to approach the modern technology so that the poor people can adjust to the changing circumstances today. On the whole, the solutions have to be taken right at the moment so that we will overcome these issues.
